For those of us in Canada, amazon.ca has it, too, currently listed at
CA$36.41 which is reasonable given the currency differential. It also
qualifies for "Free Super Saver Shipping". Got my pre-order in.
Apparently delivery is estimated for between December 20th and December
30th.
I wouldn't be surprised to find that other versions of Amazon also have
it listed.
