Hi Robert!
Thank you for pointing this out to us.  Maybe an update to VCC 1.43beta can
be done for us to reflect this needed change.  I hope so as this has screwed
me up before too, several times.  Take care my friend.

Ignore that! The pdf has not changed and it works with WinXP.

I just checked with WinXP you do need fdrawcmd.sys in the
WINDOWS\system32\drivers directory but you can just copy/paste, no install
program seems needed.
