If you haven't caught the new movie "Jobs" (where Ashton Kutcher
portrays Steve Jobs):
there's a scene in it where Jobs personally steps in to head the
Macintosh development team (much to the surprise of the existing
team).  The first thing he does is tell them in no uncertain terms to
abandon the 6809 in favor of the 68000 family.
