[Coco] Copying CoCo diskettes to PC

I thought toolshed only dealt with disk images, which is why I only tried 
dd, but I just tried toolshed directly and it gives basically the same 
problems as dd and cocoutil.exe :

   toolshed dir /dev/fd0,
   # gives a few I/O errors then a directory listing

   toolshed copy /dev/fd0,maxsound.bas .
   # gives a few I/O errors then says « error 215 ».

So, I'll try another controller and/or serial cable, whenever I get any of 
these.
