[Coco] hardware scrolling

Luis....
It doesn't have to be cpu intensive.....
If you just flip 2 pages with different colours and different offsets via a
vertical sync then there is hardly any overhead involved.....
But the flicker is a pig !

But this is too cpu intensive too and a nightmare to render sprites over it.
I think DragonFire is a masterpiece on that subject right ?
