[Coco] Another Coco Virtual Disk Util

I am not so sure about this. I use TextPad as my primary source editor on
every PC I have to use or own. I can select multiple files, right-click and
select TextPad from the context menu, and all the documents I selected get
opened in TextPad. I can do the same with CompareIt! to compare two or more
files. EmuDisk is the only program I am having this issue with. I think
that makes it a EmuDisk issue.
