[Coco] Another Coco Virtual Disk Util

Did you mean to set the Volume Label? Or to name the virtual disk file?

I plan to add an Options Menu item, which will among other things, let you specify default parameters for things like formatting a disk (including default SAS).
May hold off adding that until after the code re-write.

LOL I meant in his EmuDisk program's format function, not in the OS9 format utility. ;)
