Correction, the NEW version has some smaller directory sizes reported by
their directory file descriptors. This is usually due to the directory
previously holding more files, even if those files were deleted/ I am
checking now if this is the cause of more sectors being allocated for
certain directories than in the new version.

Ok. First test, File property compare of directories between disks.. In the
new version, there are directories that have a larger file size (according
to FD.SIZ in directory descriptors). I am now going to verify that by
viewing the vhds in a hex editor. And go from there.
