[Coco] Another Coco Virtual Disk Util

I have good news, and bad news. The good news is, drag and drop vhd image
file onto EmuDisk icon, or double-click image file works ... if EmuDisk is
already running, and the recent files sub menu works nicely. :). The bad
news is, if it isn't running it crashes immediately and wants me to tell
MicroSoft about it. I have not found where Windows hides the error report
files, but if I can find it I will PM you a copy.

Nice program icons too, helps me remember I can work with .os9/.dsk images
too.
