[Coco] 6809 Opcode informations...

I'm done many updates and used the new 6809 opcode data.

Last version is here:

Now i use the data in DragonPy and the Simple6809 ROM works a little bit more:
I can input some code... but get allays "OM ERROR" Back.
Think there are bugs in CC flags :(
