[Coco] Another Coco Virtual Disk Util

Hmm. Very strange. Some how it's trying to write to a location in the file
before the beginning of it. It seems that probably LSN0 got calculated to a
negative number. Can you make that file you are trying to format available
to me? I would like to see what's going on with it.
