[Coco] Another Coco Virtual Disk Util

After working all day at getting the RiBBS modules decoded, I found that
the problem I had earlier with copying files between vhd images is worse
than I thought. It trashed a directory on the destination disk and now I
can't delete the directory, either in OS9 or in EmuDisk.

I can make another vhd, so that isn't a problem, but I don't think it's
good to have a disk utility trashing directories.
