[Coco] When Mario takes the wrong pipe

I know how to convert a monochrome bitmap using .pbm format... Andyone konw
how i could convert a 4 color bitmap (eg pmode3) ????

if you save in single bit monochrome .bmp without RLE and remove the headers
what is left is the coco bitmap. Just concatenate a 5 byte header and
trailer for binary load and there you go.
