[Coco] COCO3.VHD to IDE Hard Drive Transfer?

Is there a utility to transfer a COCO3.VHD hard drive created and used with Jeff Vavasour’s COCO3 emulator to IDE format hard drive fomrat for David Keil’s emulator?

Also, is there a way to search the entire CoCoList?
