The Eliminator used a WC-1002-05 controller, I believe, and also included a parallel port, real time clock, and 2 38.4k serial ports. It also supported up to 3 hard drives and 4 no-halt floppy controllers, all on one card.
The B&B actually supported both MFM and RLL XT controllers/drives (I had one with RLL).

There was also the LR-Tech / Owlware SASI card, the Ken-Ton SCSI card, and Disto's SCSI controller which had, IIRC, both MEB (for the Disto Super Controller) and stand-alone versions. There was also the Eliminator and I'm not sure what protocol it spoke.
