[Coco] Nitros9 boot fails with HDB DOS in rompak

I am wondering if this might be related to the error I'm getting from vcc
(1.4.3) when trying to connect to freenode with ccIRC. ccIRC connected
every time when I was going through Aaron's server. I think either
something changed in DriveWire or something in vcc isn't handling the
throughput.
