Nope, you'd need a 68766 EPROM for a 24-pin socket, hard to find
nowadays. You might need to get an adapter socket to accommodate a
28-pin 27128 (assuming you are putting both Color Basic and Extended
Basic into a single 16K EPROM, as some CoCo 2 models require; a 2764
would do for Extended Basic by itself.)
