[Coco] Disk drive emulator

I wonder if this is the same Jim Drew that created the Fusion-PC Emulator to 
run MacOS on a PC?

And a similar emulator on the Amiga?

If so, he has some great ideas. He was working on a drop-in card for a PC 
that had a PPC on it to fully emulate a Mac on a PC.
