[Coco] Loading ASCII BASIC over serial?

You can use KILL from basic.  The dw commands are the bare minimum to
make things work, the current assumption is that people would be using
the CoCo to do file management.  That may change in the future if I
have time to look at turning DW into a full disk image editor.
