[Coco] ToolShed 2.1 released

ToolShed 2.1 was released today. If you are using a somewhat recent
snapshot build from the source repository there is no need to rush,
not much is new. It is just that the previous official release was
more than 3 years ago and we don't want anyone to download it by
accident.

There are just too many changes since 2.0 to list them, but the full

P.S. Those on Debian/Ubuntu using my m6809 PPA will get the upgrade
automatically.
