[Coco] serial port problem

230k will be fully supported in a future version of DriveWire, complete
with a wizard etc. Right now it seems to just make things harder for
people new to DW and the coco, so having it available only in source form
is a reasonable thing to do. Those that can turn source into a ROM are
probably more able to deal with the rough edges we have at this point.
