[Coco] Q regarding CDF/ic1 problem

Hi Mark,
thanks for your response.
I noticed that the manual makes no mention of including the CDF driver and
descriptor inot the OS9Boot file, but just tells the user to load the driver
into memory. This seems odd to me, but hey, maybe it's different in some
way.
