[Coco] Origins of thNitrOS-9 name

OS-9, I am pretty sure, was named that because it was initially written for
the 6809. I always figured the name NitrOS9 was inspired by the use of
nitromethane in drag racing--since it was written initially for the 6309,
which in native mode runs faster than the 6809 and has additional
instructions, it was a sped-up version of OS-9.
