[Coco] Multivue enhancements?

Back when I was using the CoCo as my primary system, I ran an alternate graphics shell with updated fonts and icons. It looked much better with more of a 3D look to it. The patches were also much faster than stock, too...

Was it Gshell+ for starters? I cannot remember.
