[Coco] Yet another DW4 update

Version 4.3.3 is now available for download:

This version introduces a built in update facility (found under the
Tools menu). This will allow future updates to be automatically
installed without the need to download a new zip package manually.
Also squished a few more bugs and improved the 'Mounted' disk library
viewer.

As usual, you can drop the DW4UI.jar from this version into an
existing installation to do an in place upgrade.  Hopefully this will
be the last version that has to be manually installed and going
forward any updates can be done right inside the DW4 interface.
