The only one I can find is the "Technical Reference Manual" (26-3193) from 1981. This would not contain info on the Coco 2b. It would be Coco 1. This is the manual withe the "green circiut board" cover.

I DO have a *copy* of 1983 Service Manual 26-3026/7 which I ordered from RS
Parts way back when. The index lists the data sheets for the chips in the
appendix however this copy has no appendix. Sorry. If someone has an
original one of these manuals it should have the data sheet in there.

And who has a CoCo 2 Service Manual ? What about Coco2b service manual ?
(not the technical reference manual nor the SAMS computer facts).
