That is the 285/"F"/NC variant board.  There were white CoCo 1s, (TDP-100) 
primarily sold through Tandy Data Products (TDP) outside of the Radio Shack 
chain using the "F" board variant and the "melted" CoCo 2 keyboard.  I'm 
guessing they slipped a few through Radio Shack as they closed the CoCo 1 
marketing down in favor of the CoCo 2.  As far as I have heard TDP never did 
market the CoCo 2 or 3.

The plastic tube contains the timing correction added to repair the "F" 
boards.  Early uncorrected "F" boards tended to freeze up after they warmed 
up.  I have one and it was a PITA.  That correction probably accounts for 
the double warranty sticker.
