[Coco] NitrOS-9 boot from floppy issue

I believe the duplicate i0 device descriptors is caused by loading i0 to access the nitros9 portion of the cf card and loading ih to access the HDBDOS portion of the cf card. I think the ih descriptor is still named i0 internally.
