[Coco] NitrOS-9 boot from floppy issue

I'm pretty sure it is a DSDD drive and it formats without issue using format /d0 2 '40' "Boot disk".

It will boot all the way to the i2xoC so my guess is it is either getting stuck loading sysgo.  I'll keep playing with it.
