Bill, the images are either built for loading from cassette or from disk,
so you cannot convert one type to use for another.
Then there are different images depending on the type of disk controller,
or in the case of Drivewire, a "pseudo" disk controller.

Then you should use the hdbdos images with "dw3" in their name.
