[Coco] USB to serial cable

I haven't tried these on a coco 1 for a long time, but here is what I 
have in my notes:

POKE &H96,88 = default 600 baud
POKE &H96,44 = 1200 baud
POKE &H96,19 = 2400 baud
POKE &H96,7  = 4800 baud
POKE &H96,1  = 9600 baud
