[Coco] OS9 vs RSDOS disks

every MSX programmer knows that wrong bits to the register 7 of the PSG
could cause permanet damage to the chip. Later custom integrated chips (aka
MSX-Engine) solved this issue.

The same PSG is used in the coco's sound card/speech.
