[Coco] C compiler make file

Hi all,

I found an error in the makefile:

/nitros9/3rdparty/packages/cc/makefile

There's a line under dsk: that reads:

$(OS9COPY) lib/*.l LIB/*.r $(DISK),LIB

the second reference to lib should not be capitalised.

BTW, I upgraded my Ubuntu to the latest 64-bit version, since I just learned that my Pentium4 is EMT64 compatible. The make (make dsk dskcopy) now takes a little over 6 minutes. Sure beats 1 hour 35 minutes in MinGW which is running on the same hardware, but different box! :P
