I am not able to tell if that's mingw32-make or not. Please provide
the output from "make -v" and "type make". If you use ldd on the full
path of make (what you get from type) then you can see if it depends
on an msys dll or not. If ldd works on Cygwin, that is...

Then try installing msys-make.

That is the compilation part but not the disk building. If using
Dropbox you might as well upload the whole log anyway.
