[Coco] make case sensitive?

I agree to this if it is meant to be copied directly to the card
(using another computer with an SD card reader).

Ok. I guess this is in principle similar to not being able to read a
80d disk on a 40d-only disk drive? Disclaimer: I no very little about
floppy disks,
