[Coco] make dskcopy not working

I have spent hours now try to get things to work on Windows. It is a
PITA. I am using MingW because it is relative compact, and Cygwin is a
huge thing I don't want on this Windows computer I am using. lwtools
won't build, but that's no big problem since binaries are on the
lwtools home page (they were cross-built using MingW on Linux).
Toolshed builds fine (just need to append CC=gcc to the make command!)
Basically I have nitros9 building now, after substituting /bin/echo
for echo in rules.mak, go figure. But it builds 10 times slower than
on Linux on a 7 years older computer. I feel I am wasting my time.
I don't understand how anyone interested in tinkering with computers
is *not* using Linux. If you like OS-9, you'll love Linux!
Seriously, a Linux computer (Raspbery Pi, $35), a Linux partition or
at least a virtual machine with a minimal installation of Linux would
save you from so much hassle.
I am considering to stop caring about building this on Windows. If
somebody wants to maintain a working Windows build, that's fine, and I
can help to make sure any changes are integrated properly so that the
Linux build does not suffer. I believe MacOSX is pretty close to Linux
in this respect, so supporting it (if anyone uses it) should be easy.
