[Coco] VCC and NitrOS9

The one I use is 0.36. It ran on my XP Pro laptop, and is currently being
used on both a Win7 tower and a XP Home edition mini-tower.

I run the coco3h (6309) emutation, but have also run the L1 and L2 6809
emulation as well. This version does not include the Becker port, though I
wish it did.
