[Coco] C compiler for RSDOS

Luis,
Thank you so much Luis for pointing this compiler out to us!  :D  I just ran
make on the files in the test directory and they "all" compiled perfectly!
There are now 2 dsk files called console.dsk and joystick.dsk ready to be
loaded.  I love this! Now I can compile programs for RSDOS!  Now, the big
question.  Will it do the same for uh-hum, OS-9 and NitrOS-9?  It doesn't
really matter to me if I can compile on OS-9 and NitrOS-9 or cross-compile
on Cygwin and/or Windows 7 at this point as long as I can compile C programs
somewhere so I can effectively begin to practice with C again.  Getting a
compiler to compile programs on either of these platforms in the past has
been a bit of a bear.  I will of course be reviewing all the docs as is
suggested in the Gcc6809 Coco docs for both the normal version of Gcc6809 as
well as this Coco version just to be sure I understand everything.  Does
these version include all that Gcc6809 was before Gcc6809 Coco version was
copied into the Cygwin usr directory structure plus the new RSDOS compiling
capability or does it overwrite the former capabilities replacing them with
the new Gcc6809 Coco version? I'm hoping this is an enhancement to the
original Gcc6809.  Anyway, I've got a lot of reading to do.  Anyhow, thanks
again, Luis.  This is surely a blessing.  :)
