[Coco] Coco 2 and the 6847T1

Don't know if any other offering from Tandy/Radio Shack did but I know the
Direct Connect Modem Pak supported the hardware lowercase capabilities of
the 3127B CoCo 2, rather pleasing to the eye :-)
