[Coco] MESS patch for SuperIDE LBA Mode

just missing, to run it use:

mess coco3 -cart hdblba.rom -hard1 superide_cf_323mb.vhd

Don't know why but the messui doesn't like the .vhd for me. Coco2 and
coco2b also works.
