[Coco] WTB: PAL CoCo (1, 2, or 2B) for shipment to USA

Right, PAL-M is actually closer to NTSC for timing.  I haven't actually
tried the 44-color stuff on the CP-400, but I'm guessing it will
"just work".

I could have said that I wanted a 625-line 50 Hz CoCo, but PAL just
seemed like nicer shorthand... :-)
