Hi Mark,
The article is the first of a series:
The December issue has an overview of what a FPGA is, as well as the
schematic of the board that Elektor is producing.
The January issue will discuss the configuration, as well as a discussion of
how to install the Xilinx "ISE Webpack software"
I buy the magazine from the newsagent, so the December issue is the
"current" one.
