On a further note; I contacted him (Scott?) a few days ago to ask after
his IP. When I made the initial enquiry, he responded (literally)
immediately asking for more details.
I subsequently explained my situation, and at the same time asked him a
few questions in regards to the core, and an indication of price.
Thus far (2 days) he has declined to respond to my email. I suspect he has
decided that I'm not a big corporation about to fork out thousands of
dollars for his IP, and figures I'm wasting his time.
