[Coco] Issues with 26-3022 interface

try this:

0 CLEAR 1000
10 FOR T = 0 TO 35
20 FOR S = 1 TO 18
30 DSKI$ 0,T,S,A$,B$
40 DSKO$ 0,T,S,A$,B$
50 NEXT S
60 NEXT T

This will read every rsdos sector and rewrite it back.

Try saving some basic program on it.
