[Coco] Pristine image on coco2 and coco3 with GBS8200

Here is the circuit:

You will need:

4x 2n4401
3x 1K Ohm resistor
1x 4.7K Ohm resistor
1x 150 Ohm resistor
2x 75 Ohm resistor

It drives YCbCr in 480i. So, don't expect your brand new TV will be capable
of handling it. None of my HD Tv weren't.

Again, thanks to Daniel Campos who shared this circuit with me. I modified
it to get the signals direct from the MC6847 instead.
