[Coco] compiler

There was one by Wasachware (sp?) and one by Cer-Comp, if that helps
in searching.  I don't think either worked very well.  You couldn't
just take a typical Basic program and compile it;  the compilers took
only a subset of Basic syntax, so you needed to write your program
especially for the particular compiler.
