According to the info found at:

.. the 2364 is pin compatible with the MCM68764/66 EPROMs.  So I would
think that the adapter referenced above will work. However, from the looks
of it, you would not be able to fit it inside a CoCo disk controller.  For
that, your best option is the DOS Adapter from Cloud-9.
