[Coco] Monitor proboems

Well, I "KINDA" solved the problem: I had the background and display as
white and the foreground as black, and it would flash, but as soon as I
displayed the entire background and border in anything but white, and the
foreground in black, it all stopped.

P.S.  I assume you also tried WIDTH 80 under RSDOS and it worked okay?
