[Coco] CoCo: The Colorful History of Tandy's Underdog Compute

Just received my copy!

First thing I did was scan the index for familiar names.  After a
minute of unsuccessful looking, I realized that there were NO names in
the index at all!

What's up with that?  Just curious.
