There’s also a used copy on amazon.com. I suspect these are sellers who purchased the book when it was $31, then resell it, but that’s just a guess.

BTW, Bill made a note in our errata about the spelling of your last name. Do you put spaces between Van Den and Biggelaar? Or do you prefer no spaces? (VanDenBiggelaar)?
